Courses
Courses are conducted accordingly to the principles of adult learning. Adult learners have a lot of experience that may be used as a resource for learning by allowing opportunities for participants to make use of their experiences.
Adult learners, learn better if the learning relates to real-life situations by setting real problems or allowing them to bring their own occupational issues to the session. Adult learners feel more responsible for their own decisions and their own learning; they also need to know, why they need to learn something before they undertake the training. A range of delivery methods and learning activities are used including theory presentation, group discussion, practical exercises and a variety of media.
