Experience

I have over twenty nine years flooring industry experience with hands on experience in the installation of floor coverings, shot-blasting and concrete grinding as well as the installation of self-levelling cements and water-proof membranes. After being self employed for twelve years I accepted various managerial roles including Project, Operations, Divisional, and State & General. These managerial roles have provided an insight into OH&S from a management perspective. These real world experiences have given me great experience in dealing with people from all levels of industry.

Carl has delivered over 600 OH&S courses in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Wollongong, and Newcastle and country venues. Course have been delivered to the Australian Defence Forces, large state and federal government instrumentalities, major contractors and local business, as well as leading Industry Associations and major Registered Training Organisations (RTO's).

I have been a member of the Floor Coverings Association of NSW since 1990 and was elected to the committee in 1999.

In March 2004 I sat on the Standards Australia committee for the review of AS1884.
